Jonathan Daniels, PA-C
Jon has been a Physician’s Assistant for 16 years and specializes in Internal medicine, urgent care, and assisted living. His top priority is the health and well-being of his patients. Jon is a native of the ‘sweetest little town, anywhere around’ Shepherd, Michigan. He enjoys fixing up old cars and spending quality time with his family and his dog, Carl.
Amy Janofski, NP
Amy is a Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the staff at Sweetwater in 2022. She has been in the medical profession since 2002 with a background in emergency nursing. Although not a native of Shepherd, she has been associated with the community for the past 17 years. Amy enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband, five children, and five Labrador retrievers. She is currently accepting new patients and is looking forward to growing her practice
Holly Hnetynka, PA-C
Holly is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Internal Medicine. She graduated from Western Michigan University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. During her nursing career, she gained experience caring for patients in the Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine settings. Holly received a Master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Central Michigan University in 2023.
Holly is married with three daughters. She enjoys running, reading, and spending quality time with her family. She is an avid sports fan and when not practicing medicine she can usually be found watching one of her daughter’s many sporting events.

Ashlee Bates - Medical Assistant
Ashlee has been with Sweetwater since December of 2018. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, their two kids, and their two dogs. Ashlee enjoys everything about summertime in central Michigan but is ready to bow hunt in the Fall. b
Janice Dawe - Medical Assistant
Janice has been with Sweetwater since December of 2018. Janice enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon and their two boys. She also enjoys being outside, golfing and traveling up north.
Lacey Peterson - Medical Assistant
Lacey has been at Sweetwater Medical Center since June of 2023. Has been working in healthcare for 20 years. She enjoys spending time with her daughter & traveling.
Sheila Ahlfeld - Medical Assistant
Sheila has been at Sweetwater Medical Center since January of 2022, she has been a medical assistant for thirty years. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and traveling.
Allison Lau - Receptionist
Allison has been at Sweetwater Medical Center since August of 2022. Has been working in healthcare for 6 years. During her free time, she enjoys hunting and fishing with her boyfriend Brandon and spending time with their new baby. She also enjoys playing with her Australian Shepherd Diesel.
Lorrie Siler - Receptionist
Lorrie has been at Sweetwater Medical Center since June of 2023. Has 6 years experience in Health Care. During her free time she enjoys traveling south, spending time with family, and golfing.
