Attention Sweetwater Patients:
Unfortunately, Jon will be out of the office for the next two weeks as he must undergo an emergent surgical procedure at Henry Ford Hospital that can no longer be delayed. We hope for a quick, healthy recovery as he will be eager to get back to caring for his patients. During his recovery time, we ask you to be understanding while we allow Jon time to recover fully, with this said please do not hesitate to call the office, as Amy and staff will be available to help with any acute concerns/visits, medication refills, etc. We regret any disruption this may cause and are grateful for your patience and support as Jon recovers.
